HSPS P&C DISCO - 2/11/2012

Hurstville South Public School Parents & Citizens Committee is running a School Disco on Friday 2nd November to celebrate the end of another school year.

Current school children only will be allowed into the disco (no parents allowed in the hall).

Tickets are $5.00 each and include a :
- Sausage
- Drink
- 1 glow stick, and
- Entry into the disco.

Additional drinks / food / glow sticks will be available for purchase from $2. (So bring along a little bit of change)

The Disco will be broken into 2 groups:
Years K, 1, 2 - 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Years 3, 4, 5, 6 - 7:00-8:30

Family Holiday Raffle - over $10,000 worth of prizes

Family Holiday Raffle

Enjoy the great prizes while helping and continue to support the Hurstville South Public School P&C.

In 2012, the HSPS P&C have been able to assist the school and your children by providing:

• a donation of $19,000 towards the purchase of the 30 library laptops
• a donation of $1,500 towards new library furniture
• annual "Welcome to HSPS" BBQ Sausage Sizzle
• coordination and management of the Uniform Shop
• running of the Easter parade and Easter egg raffle
• running the Mother's and Father's Day stalls
• Family Movie night at Greater Union Hurstville

1st Prize

7 nights in Hong Kong for a family of 4 up to a total value of $8,000

2nd Prize

7 nights on the Gold Coast for a family of 4 up to a total value of $2,500

Terms and Conditions
The ticket will be drawn by a guest at the assembly who has not purchased a ticket.  HSPS P&C members and immediate family are ineligible to purchase tickets.  1st and 2nd prize winners include Airfare taxes but do not include travel insurance.  You will be required to complete Travel Insurance with Travel World or if you choose not to take their recommended insurance you will be required to sign a declaration.  There are some conditions limiting when travel can be taken within 2013.
